Improvements for increased functionality
The device is equipped with a control panel with LED display that allows you to select the appropriate programs or parameters and monitor the process in real time. The built-in thermal printer allows printing a confirmation of the sterilization process, where you can find information such as: date and time of the cycle, temperature and pressure changes. Additionally, there is a connector on the back of the unit that allows you to connect a dedicated printer if needed, and the USB input allows you to digitally save sterilization results on the included flash drive. Built-in tanks for distilled and used water significantly increase efficiency. The device has a distilled water quality control function. The self-diagnostic system informs you when an error occurs by displaying relevant messages, for example if the door is not closed or if it is necessary to drain the tank or replace the water, helping to reduce the risk of damage to the equipment.
Sterilization, testing and cleaning programs are available.
The autoclave is programmed for: 4 sterilization programs, 2 test programs allowing three tests: vacuum test, B&D test and Helix test, a regular maintenance and pipe cleaning program (automatic pipe cleaning) and a drying program to meet the requirements of a higher standard (drying function). This allows you to customize the parameters for individual needs and batch preparation. It is also possible to set and save your own sterilization parameters in individual mode (USER mode).
